Dividend policy :
The company will consider paying dividends based on profitability each year and overall performance under legal requirements and no dividend payment in case of accumulated loss. The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders of not less than 50.0% of the net profit according to the separate financial statements after deduction of corporate income tax and legal reserve funds and other reserves (if any), considering financial status, cash flow, liquidity, investment plans and other factors as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and the dividend payment must not be affected. The Board of Directors resolved to pay dividends and propose to the shareholders` meeting for approval unless it is an interim dividend payment, which the Board of Directors has authority to approve and report to the shareholders` meeting acknowledged in the next meeting.
